With more time than usual on my hands, thanks to COVID-19, I prepared a Reading Challenge for the Children’s Book Council of Australia (CBCA). I enjoyed writing this, and thinking about all the wonderful books that brought adventure, solace, joy, inspiration and intrigue during my childhood.
