1 April 2020
When a writer-friend told me The Trouble in Tune Town has just been given the nod for the 2020 NSW Premier’s Reading Challenge, I wondered if it was an April Fool’s prank. Or if I had COVID-19 brain. Because one moment I was walking llamas then travelling through Victoria for a book tour, and in a flash I was in lockdown in Canberra. Thrilled to see my debut book appear alongside such engaging titles by some amazing authors. With so many days indoors, what better time for kids to read than now!
