It’s been a rocky year in so many ways. Thankfully, I’ve managed to stay well and, like millions of others, I’m navigating a new normal after the upheaval to travel, work and daily life brought about by COVID-19.
Despite my tendency to burn and freckle, I love the sun and the beach. Sweat. Tears. The ocean. No matter how you look at it, salt water can be healing.
