I was thrilled beyond belief when The Trouble in Tune Town was named winner of the ACT Writing and Publishing Award (Children’s category). The ACT Writing and Publishing Awards, administered by the ACT Writers Centre (ACTWC) across four categories, recognise excellence in published writing by ACT region writers. Presenting the award, ACTWC Director, Paul Bissett, described The Trouble in Tune Town as “a gorgeous picture book that tells a fun story with a lovely message for children along the way, and provides a perfect introduction to the world of music”.
